It was a great 8 weeks.

Well guys, I guess this is the last blog of the summer for me. It was an awesome 8 weeks here in Piedras Negras, but my time has come to an end. I can’t wait to try to do it all again next year.

Today was dedication. 6 new houses were dedicated, and I was a part of 2 of those. Both families were incredibly touched, and that means a lot to me. After dedicating, tons of blocks were moved. We moved blocks from all 6 sites to wherever they were needed with our big trailer on the back of our F-550 truck.

After that, eating chicken and pizza was on the menu. Then, the day was wrapping up so I was forced to say goodbye to my family down here in Mexico. The relationships made here are amazing. It gets no better.

I hope everyone had a great summer, and has a great next few weeks before school starts back up!
